Raw Food Recipe | Curry Butternut Squash Soup

Want a super flavorful dish that even your friends who aren’t raw will call and beg you for the recipe?

Ingredients:

2-1/2 cups butternut squash
2-1/2 cups zucchini
1 clove garlic
2 dates
2 cups water
1 cup cashews
1 tsp sea salt
1 1/2 tsp curry
¼ tsp cayenne

I like to blend the salt, cayenne, curry, water, cashews and dates together first. Once blended thoroughly add butternut squash and zucchini and blend again until smooth.
